Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have past since purchase we cannot refund/exchange products.
If the product is damaged during shipping to you please kindly take a picture of the products and send to email@example.com so we can access the situation.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Be sure to track and insure your return as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return and we will notify you for replacement or refund .
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Due to the sterile nature of our products all exchanged items need to be unopened and fully sealed.
